The Right to transparancy in governance.
The right to approve large expenditures in excess of $30,000
The right to a hearing before paying any fines to the Association.
The right to a properly enacted "Rules" book that is strictly based on the 1976 Deed Restrictions, and not "bootstrapped" powers. This includes a right to have an attorney review THE ENTIRE RULEBOOK and remove all fictitious, invented, and novel covenants based on an unauthorized 2016 Declaration.
The right to build additions and outbuildings without interference from an ignorant and misinformed HOA.
The right call a special meeting with members of any standing to address an emergency.
The right to vote without obstructionist rules interfering, like standing and proxies.
The right be free from petty HOA harassment (see "rules")
The right to honest, good faith movement towards amending the declaration, liquidating HOA land, and terminating the Association once the requisite vote is attained pursuant to Pennsylvania Law.
The right to hold HOA directors accountable for bad faith obstruction and delay tactics.
